This is a gentle, slow paced restorative yoga session. We will explore different relaxation technique and mindful movements that you can integrate throughout your day.

Please come as you are, no need to change into a different outfit. The class is 30 minutes long. For props, you will only a need a comfortable, stable surface.

There is not one right way to do yoga! Even if you just want to come in to sit (or lie down) and listen, this space is for you.

Session is facilitated by Hoang Edullantes, a current student and graduate assistant at MAPP. Hoang is a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training at The Mindfulness Center in Maryland.
