The School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development welcome Edward Coco, Senior Managing Director of GE’s Commercial Finance Real Estate. His lecture, “Turning Around a Real Estate Giant: GE Capital Real Estate” will be presented in the Architecture Building Auditorium at 6:30pm.

Mr. Coco has established the Eastern Region—offices in Atlanta, New York, Washington, D.C. and Florida—as one of the top lenders on the East Coast. His group provides products for the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) public market and the private institutional market. Mr. Coco joined GE Real Estate in 1996 as Regional Production Manager, and was responsible for generating over $1.8 Billion in CMBS and structured finance. Previously, Mr. Coco served as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Manager for Equitable Real Estate. He holds a B.S. in Business from UMD and a M.S. from New York University.
