Senior Principal and Managing Director of MASS Design Group, Patricia Gruits, has leveraged this power of architecture in a holistic approach that produces community-centric buildings that are both beautiful and promote health, justice, and human dignity. Patricia will showcase projects that utilize the MASS practice model: immersive study of each location for deep understanding of the challenges and advantages, design of buildings that will improve the well-being of users, low-impact and environmentally conscious construction that enriches the community, and evaluation of each design’s impact in improving lives.
