The highlight of the academic calendar in the Architecture Program is the traditional end of semester thesis defense. This year seven candidates for the Master of Architecture and Master of Architecture dual degrees will defend in the Great Space of the Architecture Building.
Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will be conducting hybrid reviews. Thesis candidates, their committee members, architecture program faculty members, staff, and current students in the architecture program are encouraged to participate in person (following all UMD guidelines).
Family members, friends, prospective students, and alumni are directed to participate in the day's events online via Facebook or Youtube.
