Hiroshi Jacobs, AIA, LEED AP and the 2014 AIA Associates Award Recipient, will speak on "Hip Humanity: Thoughts on Protean Practice."

Mr. Jacobs is a designer with STUDIOS architecture and the founder of HiJAC. His design work has appeared in numerous publications and exhibitions, including Surface Magazine, Businessweek, Harvard GSD Platform, DesCours New Orleans, La Biennale di Venezia and the Harvard Arts First Festival. Jacobs is the founder and director of RevitCity.com, an online community of Revit users with well over 400,000 members, and the author of Chameleon, a software plugin for Revit and Grasshopper. In 2013, Mr. Jacobs was awarded the Emerging Architect Award from the American Institute of Architects, Washington D.C. chapter.
