Sacred Places: A Preservation Crusade

A growing concern for preservationists across the United States is the deteriorated state of its many religious structures. While there are many causes related to this complex issue, an important factor is the lack of awareness and seriousness of the problem to the general public. To help alleviate the out of sight, out of mind conundrum, I will examine four historic Baltimore churches to document and raise awareness about the preservation issues facing the Nation's sacred places.
