Music on the Edge
An Annexation to the Music Conservatory of Tolima, Colombia

This thesis is a particular case within a context of transformation. This case is special due to its place on the historical center of an intermediate city, the importance of the institution for the identity of the region and the topography of the site. While addressing these more immediate issues, this thesis looks to opan the discussion of the strategies of consolidation of places in a context of change of a particular type of city: the intermediate city in Colombia.
