2004 - Exploring Growth Management Issues in the Bowie Planning Area of Prince George's County, MD

The Spring 2004 Community Planning Studio focused on potential policies and programs that could enable the Bowie Planning Area of Prince George’s County to accomplish land use and preservation goals contained in the 2002 Prince George’s County Comprehensive Plan. The Bowie Planning Area is the first of the County’s sub-regional planning areas to update its area master plan and sectional map amendment to be consistent with the County Plan.
