The School's Technology Solutions Center (TSC) is a unit within the School's Information Technology Group. TSC is your primary point of contact for reporting IT problems and requesting technology consultation and support concerning our IT resources, facilities, and client support/training services. TSC is located in the Architecture Building, Room 0113.

The TSC Staff may be reached at tsc@umd.edu or 301.405.6328. Please report all technical problems and IT support requests directly to the TSC. Requests are logged into our web-based task/incident management system and assigned an appropriate priority. Each request is assigned to a TSC staff member, who will handle the matter and follow up with the requester. Requests are addressed in the order in which they were received.
