Dan Winters is Head of North America for GRESB, the leading global benchmark for the sustainability assessment of real estate portfolios. He is responsible for investor engagement and new product deployment across the GRESB platforms, and provides topical leadership on high performance building asset valuation, green property bond underwriting guidelines, and ESG market analytics for the commercial real estate sector. He previously served the US Green Building Council as Senior Fellow for Business Strategy and Finance, and has extensive professional experience with institutional real estate investment including tenures at Russell Real Estate and CBRE. He earned his Masters in Real Estate Finance and Development from Harvard, his MBA from SMU, and is an alumni of the University of Wisconsin real estate program.
