Bob Lefenfeld

Bob Lefenfeld is the founder and Managing Principal of Real Property Research Group, Inc. (RPRG), a market research firm with offices in Columbia, Maryland, and Atlanta, Georgia. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of residential market research. Prior to founding RPRG, Bob served as an officer of research subsidiaries of the accounting firm of Reznick Fedder & Silverman and Legg Mason. Bob also served as research director for a regional homebuilder. Bob started his professional career with the Baltimore Metropolitan Council as a housing economist.

 

Bob has lectured and written extensively on the subject of residential real estate market analysis. He serves on the adjunct faculty of the Graduate Programs in Real Estate Development, School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, University of Maryland College Park and has developed and taught the market research module for the Mortgage Bankers Association training program to certify MAP underwriters. Bob has served as National Chair of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA) and currently serves as Chair of its FHA committee. Bob is also a board member of the Baltimore chapter of Lambda Alpha Land Economics Society.
