The dual degree combines course work from the Architecture and Real Estate Development programs to enable a student to complete both the Master of Architecture and Master of Real Estate Development degrees with fewer credits than it would take to complete the two separately.

The dual degree combines course work from the Historic Preservation and Real Estate Development programs to enable a student to complete both the Master of Historic Preservation and Master of Real Estate Development degrees with fewer credits than it would take to complete the two separately.

 

Applicants for the dual degree in Historic Preservation and Real Estate Development should use the following four-letter code on the online application: HPDV

MBRE Dual Degree

The Dual Degree in Real Estate Development and Master of Business Administration [MBRE] has  been approved for implementation starting Spring  of 2016. The dual degree combines coursework from the graduate level real estate and business management programs to enable a student to complete both the Master's of Business Administration and Master's of Real Estate Development degrees with fewer total credits than it would take to complete the two separately and sequentially.
