Society of Real Estate Development (SoRED)

The Society of Real Estate Development (SoRED) is a group open to all graduate students in the School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation that are interested in Real Estate Development and networking with others that share the same interests.

MISSION

The mission of SoRED is to:

  • Encourage multidisciplinary interaction between students and collaborative education for a sustainable future.
  • Facilitate relationships between students and industry professionals.
  • Support the holistic approach to real estate development promoted by the quadruple bottom line concept.

August 28: Happy Hour at Bentleys off campus, 6pm
September 18: Site Tour and Happy Hour in DC, time TBD
October 16: Friday Happy Hour at Blackfinn in Bethesda
October 24: Site Tour in DC, 1pm
November 13: Happy Hour at Bentleys off campus, 6pm
November 20: Site Tour in DC, time TBD
December 11: SoRED End of Semester Party

EVERY Thursday after class: "Thursday Night Ritual" at Old Dominion Brewhouse at university Town Center
