Mr. Shannon D. Sentman, LEED AP®, is commercial real estate attorney practicing in the Washington, DC office of Holland & Knight LLP. His experience and synergistic knowledge of real estate law and the business of real estate development result in a comprehensive understanding of real estate development and operation.

In addition to his proficiency with traditional real estate matters, Mr. Sentman is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of green building and sustainable development. He regularly writes, speaks, and teaches on these topics, and is frequently interviewed as a legal expert.

Mr. Sentman’s teaching roles include acting as faculty for various real estate and legal industry workshops, and guest lecturing for the advanced real estate degree programs at the University of Maryland, George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University.
