For the past 25 years, Herbert A. Behre has managed a variety of diverse real estate portfolios for both owner/developers and third-party clients in the Washington, DC region. These portfolios consisted of primarily class A properties in the seven to nine million square foot range. He has been responsible for managing a staff of over 400 people with direct responsibility for hiring, retention and termination. Behre was responsible for managing the real estate assets of the Oliver Carr Company, The JBG Companies and Faisons’s Washington region portfolio.
Behre holds a Masters Degree in counseling and Psychology from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in English from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) under the auspices of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a past president of the Apartment and Office Building Association.
