Cindy is a licensed architect and product of Maryland's Path B architecture program. She began working at the School as the Assistant Director of the Visual Resource Collection, and when the previous Director retired, Cindy and another Maryland graduate assumed the role as co-Directors. Cindy is currently guiding the collection into the 21st century while responding to a more internet-savvy world. Scanning, Photoshop, digital photography - the VRC is a happening place!

She is active in various campus-wide committees related to teaching and digital technologies, and she is also a member of the professional group the Visual Resources Association. Prior to her UM experience, she worked for Professors Emeritus Ralph Bennett and Bill Bechhoefer, Stephen Muse, Frank Schlesinger and Associates, and Williams and Dynerman Architects.

Outside of work, Cindy is a swimmer and volunteers in her community.
