Mr. Stainback is the Founder and President of Stainback Public/Private Real Estate (SPPRE), formed in October 2001. SPPRE is a national consulting and development management company with the sole purpose of assisting government and university officials, or private developers, to structure and implement public/private real estate partnerships and optimize the value of government owned underutilized real estate assets. SPPRE ensures finance and development plans will be accepted by quality developers and the capital markets. Mr. Stainback has 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 20 years of experience in the public/private finance and development industry.  Since 1985, Mr. Stainback has structured public/private finance and development plans for public facilities, commercial developments and infrastructure projects with a value of $19.5 billion.

From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Stainback served as a Senior Vice President and the National Director of Public/Private Development for LCOR, Inc., one of the nation's leading public/private development companies. The majority owner of LCOR is Lehman Brothers, one of the most respected investment banks in the U.S.  Over the last five years Lehman has placed over $19 billion of debt and equity in real estate.

From 1996 to 1999, he served as a Principal and the National Director of  Public/Private Development for the E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group of Ernst & Young LLP (Annual Revenue: $10 billion).
