W. Judson Ryan has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate as an Analyst, Associate and Vice President. He joined Cassidy Turley in 1999. Since then, he has been involved in more than $18 billion of investment sales activity. During his tenure, he has handled office, multifamily, retail, industrial and commercial land transactions. While his focus is in the Washington, DC area, his experience also includes sales in markets such as Raleigh-Durham, NC, Richmond, VA, Columbia, SC, and Minneapolis, MN.
In addition to his broad property experience and market diversification, Jud has more than 10 years of experience handling differing structures and scenarios such as building presales, equity placements, ground leases, condominium interests, air rights, partnership transfers and corporate sales. Some of the clients he has served include CIM, Lowe Enterprise, Tishman Speyer, and Westbrook Partners.
