Will Reed is Principal of Reed Advisors, a Houston-based national real estate consulting company. Mr. Reed directs the company’s advisory services for major mixed-use public/private partnership assignments. Reed Advisors provides consulting services for the management of the predevelopment process and the negotiation of public/private partnerships on behalf of government entities. Since 2004, Mr. Reed has structured public/private finance and development plans for projects totaling $6.63 billion.
Prior to forming Reed Advisors, Mr. Reed served as President of Stainback Public/Private Real Estate (SPPRE), a real estate consulting firm founded in 2001 specializing in development of underutilized government-owned real estate. SPPRE was a pioneer in the public/private partnership industry, helping to establish a nationally recognized “17-Step Predevelopment Process” and gap financing techniques.
