The University of Maryland chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) is proud to announce that it will host the Spring Northeast Quad Conference.
The conference will be held Friday, April 3 through Sunday, April 5.
Quad is a semiannual gathering for AIAS chapters in each of four regions. The Northeast Quad is made up of Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, DC, West Virginia, the Canadian province of Ontario and chapters residing in Europe and the Middle East.
In the spirit of the conference theme, Connection: Linking Urban Environments, the weekend's events will focus on ways to promote vibrant, sustainable urbanism in the 21st century. Conference highlights:
