Maria Teresa Souza
Maria Teresa Souza has a master's degree in Urban Planning from the Architecture and Planning School of the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. After working five years for the Inter-American Development Bank as an Urban Development Specialist on different housing and urban development projects in South American countries, she joined our PhD program to do research on the impact of urban regulation on housing prices and on the share of informal houses in Curitiba, Brazil.
