Zubin Adrianvala, PhD Student

Zubin Adrianvala is a full-time PhD. Student in the URSP program.  He holds a Master's degree in Architecture (Design) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Amravati University, India.

He has worked as a Project Leader, teacher, designer and Architect for organizations in the U.S., India and Australia.

Zubin is interested in issues of race and religion in the Urban Context. And though he is a firm believer of multicultural democratic societies and believes there are certainly multiple advantages to living in a multicultural society, (including the cuisine options being much wider) eventually one is exposed to the darker side of Ethno-urban conflict and discrimination.

His research interests include: Ethno-urban conflict, Conflict management and resolution, Second track diplomacy, integration and cooperation in Multi-Ethnic communities and Community initiatives.
